Meet Dr. Sakyi-Addo

Growing up, Dr. Ruby had many medical issues but no allergies until she relocated to Texas and had her first child. Allergy tests indicated that she was allergic to all trees and grass pollen, pet dander and mold. For several years, she took allergy shots, used over the counter and prescription medications and nasal sprays, with no relief. She also had nasal turbinate reduction surgery just so she can breathe through her nose. It was not until her father died from complications of diabetes that her desire to go to naturopathic medical school was rekindled. While in Naturopathic medical school, she started using natural herbs, acupuncture, and Homeopathic remedies for the allergies. “I can gladly say that I haven’t suffered from severe allergies since.”
